Bearing – Factory-Direct Precision Bearings

Over 100 units of precision equipment are installed in our workshops, including CNC grinders, automated assembly lines, and in-line gauging systems, with export supply to Europe, Latin America, and other markets.

Our in-house process starts with machined blanks, followed by controlled heat treatment to achieve required hardness and microstructure. Subsequent grinding and superfinishing operations form all functional surfaces – raceways, ring faces, and bores – to tight tolerances.

The equipment precision enables bearing rings to be produced to accuracy grade P6 and above. Statistical process control (SPC) is applied at every stage, with automatic 100% dimensional inspection on each bearing before packaging. Our quality system meets ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949, and has passed multiple OEM technical audits.
